St. Charles Historic Preservation Commission reviews update to residential design guidelines

St. Charles Historic Preservation Commission met Wednesday, July 6.

The St. Charles Historic Preservation Committee reviews façade improvements and building permits for exterior work within the historic district and consults on projects for historic buildings.
