Downers Grove Fire Department to discuss final draft of Purchase Policy
The Downers Grove Fire Department will meet at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, May 26.
The Fire Department's primary responsibility is the preservation of life and property. It operates four fire stations. In addition to fire services, the department provides complete ALS (advanced life support) emergency medical services. The department's Foreign Fire Tax Board also oversees the collection and expenditure of the Foreign Fire Insurance Tax.
