Mariano’s coming to Bloomingdale

Bloomingdale

Grocery store Mariano's will soon set up shop in Bloomingdale.

Mariano's, which is owned by Milwaukee-based Roundy's, is designed to deliver the highest quality products from around the world and locally grown produce, while providing shoppers with exceptional service and hospitality.

“This is a very exciting time in Bloomingdale and we are proud to partner with NewMark Merrill Companies and GMX Retail Partners in welcoming Mariano’s to our community,” Bloomingdale Mayor Franco Coladipietro said. “The filling of the former Dominick’s location has been one of the top priorities for our village board. We are fortunate to add not just a dynamic new grocer, but a store that provides a culinary experience for foodies like me."

Dominick’s closed its Bloomingdale location in June 2012. The 87,000 square foot space serves as the southern anchor of the center.

The new Mariano’s in Bloomingdale is expected to open in early 2017.
