St. Charles (DuPage County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in St. Charles in DuPage County rose by $7,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $216,000 - a 3.7% increase over the $208,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in St. Charles in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in St. Charles for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,076, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
