The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Sean Casten, Casten for Congress, refunded $200 to John Stephenson on October 9, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).
According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.
Casten for Congress refunded $27,346 total since May 1.
