Salamanca for Change owes $5,000 in fines

The campaign committee Salamanca for Change owes a $5,000 fine imposed on June 11, 2008 with Joaquin Salamanca listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 172 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $995,091 in pending fines.
