Richie Sperando, former Downers Grove South High School standout, played on Sunday, March 2 in NCAA Division III baseball game

On Sunday, March 2, former Downers Grove South High School standout Richie Sperando’s current college team, the Concordia Chicago Cougars, lost 15-14 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Anderson Ravens.

The game took place at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Ravens this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 3 at 11 a.m. at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex against Mount St. Joseph Mountain Lions.
