Report: Butler spent $17,295 per student in 2016-17
Spending per pupil at Butler School District 53 is down 13 percent from five years ago, according to a DuPage Policy Journal analysis of district finances.

The district saw its enrollment rise over the same period, from 437 to 532.
Butler's spending in 2016-17 was 33 percent higher than the state average of $12,973.
