On Wednesday, April 9, former Downers Grove North High School standout Maya Rodriguez’s college team won in an NCAA Division II softball game

On Wednesday, April 9, former Downers Grove North High School standout Maya Rodriguez’s current college team, the Indianapolis Greyhounds, won 11-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Cedarville Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at Baumgartner Field. This was their third matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The Greyhounds’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 1 p.m. at UIS Softball Complex against UIS Prairie Stars.
