On Thursday, May 8, former Downers Grove North High School standout Maya Rodriguez collegiate team wins in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Thursday, May 8, former Downers Grove North High School standout Maya Rodriguez’s current collegiate team the Indianapolis Greyhounds won 2-1 against the Tiffin Dragons in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Paradiso Athletic Fields at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Tiffin Dragons in the tournament.

The Indianapolis Greyhounds’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 12:30 p.m. at Paradiso Athletic Fields.
