On Thursday, March 6, former Willowbrook High School standout Richie Popo’s college team won in an NCAA Division III baseball game

On Thursday, March 6, former Willowbrook High School standout Richie Popo’s current college team, the Dominican Stars, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Northland Lumberjacks.

The game took place at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lumberjacks this season.

The Stars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 12:45 p.m. at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex against Mount St. Joseph Mountain Lions.
