On Sunday, May 18, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn collegiate team wins in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Sunday, May 18, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s current collegiate team the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks won 8-10 against the Pittsburg State Gorillas in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at ISG Field at 4 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Pittsburg State Gorillas in the tournament.

The Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks’ next game will take place on Sunday, May 18 at 4 p.m. at ISG Field.
