On Sunday, March 23, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s college team lost in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Sunday, March 23, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, lost 13-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.

The game took place at Bowyer Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 27 at 2:30 p.m. at Joe Faber Field against St. Cloud State Huskies.
