On Sunday, Feb. 23, Downers Grove South High School standouts, including Luke Costello, competed in an NCAA Division III baseball game for Illinois Wesleyan Titans

On Sunday, Feb. 23, four former Downers Grove South High School standouts, including Luke Costello, Luke Schwab, Nathan Waterman and Tommy Willard’s current college team, the Illinois Wesleyan Titans, won 16-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Grinnell Pioneers.

The game took place at Robert E. Smith Field. This was their first matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Titans’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 4:15 p.m. at Robert E. Smith Field against Grinnell Pioneers.
