The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Wayne in DuPage County fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wayne in the third quarter of 2020.
