The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Lombard rose by $67,000 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,000 - a 33.5% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Lombard in February 2019.
