The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Lombard fell by $3,750 while total sales increased by 9.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 166 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,250 - a 1.6% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in Lombard in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Lombard for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,761, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
