Lexi Szostak, former Lake Park High School standout, played on Friday, Feb. 21 in NCAA Division I softball game

On Friday, Feb. 21, former Lake Park High School standout Lexi Szostak’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Presbyterian Blue Hose.

The game took place at PC Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Blue Hose this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 10 a.m. at PC Softball Complex against Maryland Eastern Shore Hawks.
