The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Roselle in DuPage County rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 3.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 207 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $262,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 200 homes sold in Roselle in the second half of 2020.
