The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Glen Ellyn rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $322,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Glen Ellyn in the fourth quarter of 2018.
