George Wolkow’s Winston-Salem Dash fall 11-3 to Bowling Green on July 18

On Saturday, July 18, at 7:35 p.m., the Winston-Salem Dash — the current team of former Downers Grove North High School standout George Wolkow — fell 11-3 to the Bowling Green Hot Rods in a MiLB game.
The game took place at Bowling Green Ballpark. It was the fifth meeting between the teams this season, with the Dash trailing the season series 1-4.
Wolkow went 1-for-4, struck out three times and left two runners on base.
The Dash’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, July 19, at Bowling Green Ballpark against the Hot Rods.
