a. 202 Campbell Street - In accordance with Section 11-14-5 (Variations) of the Geneva Zoning Ordinance, the petitioner is requesting the following variations from Section 11-6D-4 (Lot and Area Requirements of the B3 Business District) of the Geneva Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of expanding the existing parking lot:

1. A parking setback in the street yard along Campbell Street of 10 feet instead of the required 30 feet. 

2. A parking setback in the rear yard (west) of 6 feet instead of the required 10 feet.

3. A parking setback in the transitional side yard (south) of 1 foot instead of the required 15 feet.
