Friday, April 18: Downers Grove South High School standout Jalen House’s college team wins to Akron Zips

On Friday, April 18, former Downers Grove South High School standout Jalen House’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Akron Zips.

The game took place at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park. This was their first matchup against the Zips this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 2 p.m. at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park against Akron Zips.
