Everbrite Series A LLC acquires 215 N. Washington St., Hinsdale

On Dec. 8, Everbrite Series A LLC purchased a home at 215 N. Washington St., Hinsdale from Massie (trust) for $850,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $13,948.34, 1.64% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Hinsdale as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James G. Massie, 74, was the only registered voter residing at 215 N. Washington St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
