Elmhurst's water receives high marks for quality

Water in the City of Elmhurst, Illinois, is ranked well above the rest once again.
The 2015 Consumer Confidence Report indicates that the city has met the required standards for drinking water quality.
The report, which is published annually, is mandated by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
