DuPage County Technology Committee reviews travel requests

The DuPage County, Illinois Technology Committee met yesterday to review travel requests and review service contracts.

The committee considered a request to have the Chief Information Officer attend the Illinois Counties Information Management Association (ICIMA) 2016 Spring Conference in Peoria, Illinois from May 12-13 at a cost of $350.

Also, the Deputy Director of IT requested to attend the Inforum 2016 Education Event in New York City from July 10-13, 2016 for an approximate cost of $2,745.

The committee also considered the authorization of a contract with MSGOVERN, for annual software maintenance and support services in the amount of $30,651. The board was also to vote on the amendment of its contract with Sentinel Technologies Inc., decreasing the total contract amount by $18,496.31 and closing the contract..
