a. Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) of the Open Meetings Act for discussion of minutes lawfully closed under this Act, whether for the purpose of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by section 2.06.

b. Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee, one-on-one interviews.

7. MATTERS TO BE REFERRED FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF ANY) 

a. Action on approval and/or release of minutes which were reviewed subject to a semi-annual review of minutes on March 16, 2023.

b. Action on the certification of candidates subject to one-on-one interviews on March 16, 2023.
