B. Action Item -- Recommendation for approval of release of one and partial forgiveness of two liens for two properties located at 22W666 Hackberry, Glen Ellyn and 408 Braemar, Naperville, for Project Numbers CD93-12, CD05-20G, and CD06-24H, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

C. Action Item -- Recommendation for approval of 2017 Community Development Block Grant funding for an Outreach Community Services alternate Neighborhood Resource Center project in the amount of $42,918, in place of separate awards for three Outreach Community Services NRC programs with a total, $57,344.
