Downers Grove North High School standout Maya Rodriguez’s collegiate team wins game in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship on Friday, May 9

On Friday, May 9, former Downers Grove North High School standout Maya Rodriguez’s current collegiate team the Indianapolis Greyhounds won 7-4 against the Lewis Flyers in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Paradiso Athletic Fields at 12:30 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Lewis Flyers in the tournament.

The Indianapolis Greyhounds’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 10 at 1 p.m. at Paradiso Athletic Fields.
