Downers Grove North High School standout Ava Gusel’s college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, April 4

On Friday, April 4, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ava Gusel’s current college team, the DePaul Blue Demons, lost 5-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the St. John's Red Storm.

The game took place at Red Storm Field. This was their second matchup against the Red Storm this season.

The Blue Demons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 10:30 a.m. at Red Storm Field against St. John's Red Storm.
