The campaign committee Committee to Elect Joe Laiacona owes a $900 fine imposed on March 1, 2016 with Joe Laiacona listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 172 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $995,091 in pending fines.
