The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Clarendon Hills rose by $113,000 while total sales decreased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $508,000 - a 28.6% increase over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Clarendon Hills in the fourth quarter of 2018.
