The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Clarendon Hills rose by $38,500 while total sales increased by 90%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,500 - a 11.2% increase over the $344,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Clarendon Hills in the first quarter of 2019.
