Citizens for CM Winters owes $3,250 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens for CM Winters owes a $3,200 fine imposed on Aug. 28, 2015, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $50 with C. M. Winters listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 172 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $995,091 in pending fines.
