Chicago Maroons take NCAA Division III tournament win behind Kate Gross
The Chicago Maroons, featuring former Downers Grove North High School player Kate Gross, earned a 60-44 win over the Gustavus Adolphus Golden Gusties in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament on Friday, March 6.
This matchup, held at Williams Center at 4:45 p.m., marked the first tournament meeting between the two teams.
The Maroons are set to return to Williams Center for their next game on Saturday, March 7 at 7:15 p.m.
