The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Burr Ridge in DuPage County fell by $15,500 while total sales increased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $517,500 - a 2.9% decrease over the $533,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Burr Ridge in the second half of 2018.
