Pledge of Allegiance

President Cary Moreth called the regular meeting of the Board of Education in Bloomingdale Elementary School District 13 to order on Monday, October 7, 2019 in the District Office, 164 S. Euclid Avenue, Bloomingdale, Illinois at 6:02 p.m.

Roll Call
Present: Mr. Matt Boebel, Mr. Mike Cozzi, Ms. Tamara Peterson, Mr. David Schueler, Mr. Cary Moreth
Absent: Mr. Terry McKeown, Mrs. Linda Wojcicki
Others Present: Dr. Jon Bartelt, Claudia Fecho, John Reiniche, Mariela Siegert, Justine Albig, Shelli Anderson, District 13 attorney

A motion was made by Mr. Cozzi and seconded by Mr. Schueler to appoint Ms. Peterson as Secretary Pro-Tem. Voice vote: all ayes

A motion was made by Mr. Cozzi and seconded by Mr. Boebel at 6:05 p.m. to enter into closed session.

Nays: None

The Board returned to regular session at 6:24 p.m.

Action Item

Approval of the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Bloomingdale Council of Teacher, Local No. 571 IFT-AFT, AFL-CIO

A motion was made by Ms. Peterson and seconded by Mr. Boebel to adopt the three year contract with the Bloomingdale Council of Teachers, Local 571, IFT-AFT, AFL-CIO as presented.

Motion Carried: 5-0

A motion was made by Mr. Schueler and seconded by Mr. Cozzi to adjourn the meeting.
