The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Bensenville in DuPage County rose by $43,750 while total sales increased by 26.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,750 - a 17.9% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Bensenville in the second half of 2020.
