The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Aurora in DuPage County rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 197 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $209,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 199 homes sold in Aurora in the fourth quarter of 2018.
