The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Aurora in DuPage County fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 100 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 4.2% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 119 homes sold in Aurora in July 2018.
