The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Addison rose by $7,750 while total sales increased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 372 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $232,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 348 homes sold in Addison in 2018.
