444 Will County residents 80 or older test positive for COVID-19

As of August 11, there have been 444 Will County residents 80 years of age and older who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 8,433 residents 80 and older in the county who had been tested, meaning that five percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through August 11, there have been 9,413 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 346 deaths from the coronavirus in Will County.
