1579 Will County residents under 20 test positive for COVID-19

As of September 16, there have been 1,579 Will County residents under 20 years of age who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 19,882 residents under 20 in the county who had been tested, meaning that seven percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through September 16, there have been 13,044 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 368 deaths from the coronavirus in Will County.
