Winston-Salem Dash secure 6-3 win with George Wolkow contributing against Grasshoppers

Former Downers Grove North High School star George Wolkow helped lift the Winston-Salem Dash to a 6-3 victory over the Greensboro Grasshoppers in their MiLB game at 5 p.m. Friday, May 22.

First National Bank Field hosted the matchup, which marked the ninth time these teams faced off this season. The Dash now lead the season series 5-4 against the Grasshoppers.

Wolkow reached base four times, finishing 2-for-2 with 1 run, 1 RBI, and 2 walks.

The Dash will play the Grasshoppers again at First National Bank Field, with first pitch set for 5:05 p.m.
