Winston-Salem Dash earn 3-2 victory in MiLB matchup featuring George Wolkow

Former Downers Grove North High School standout George Wolkow helped lead the Winston-Salem Dash to a 3-2 win in their MiLB contest against the Wilmington Blue Rocks on Thursday, May 14, at 6:30 p.m.

The matchup was held at Truist Stadium. It marked the third encounter between the two teams this season, and the Dash now lead the season series 2-1 over the Blue Rocks.

Wolkow went 2-for-4 at the plate, delivered 1 RBI and struck out twice.

The Dash are set to play their next game against the Wilmington Blue Rocks on Friday, May 15, at Truist Stadium.
