The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Wheaton rose by $14,250 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 240 homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,750 - a 4.3% increase over the $329,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 260 homes sold in Wheaton in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Wheaton for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,801, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
