According to the notice, citizens who wish to make public comments must be physically present and provide their first and last names with spelling. Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker. The Board President has discretion to modify this time limit or limit repetitive comments. All remarks should be directed to the Library Board President, and speakers are encouraged to provide contact information for potential follow-up.

Patron conduct rules will be enforced during the meeting. Speakers are expected to remain courteous and avoid making statements that are personally disrespectful toward members of the Library Board or staff.

The main agenda item is consideration of a slate of officers for July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Positions include president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary. The committee will propose this slate for approval by the full Library Board of Trustees.
