The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Wheaton rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 36.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $368,500 - a 2.4% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Wheaton in August 2020.
