Western Michigan tops Toledo 6-3 with Naperville North alum Tanner Mally contributing

Western Michigan Broncos, featuring former Naperville North High School standout Tanner Mally, secured a 6-3 victory over the Toledo Rockets in their NCAA Division I baseball game at 1:05 p.m. on Sunday, April 12.

Robert J. Bobb Stadium at Hyames Field hosted the teams for their third encounter of the season. With this win, the Broncos captured the season series by winning two out of three games against the Rockets.

Mally had one hit in four at-bats and added one run.

The Broncos are set to play next on Wednesday, April 15, at LMCU Ballpark against the Michigan State Spartans.
