West Chicago Development Committee to discuss historic-building plans

The City of West Chicago Development Committee will discuss redevelopment proposals for a historic building at 200 W. Main St. at its next meeting 7 p.m. Monday in City Council Chambers, 475 Main St.

The committee also will hear a site-improvement status update on 1200 N. Prince Crossing Road.

Members of the committee also will consider an amendment to West Chicago's City Code that would modify the city's Certificate of Appropriateness Regulations.
